Papers and a photograph of William Graumann, a Nekoosa, Wisconsin resident who served in the Korean War as an aircraft maintenance repairman for the 46th Transportation Army Aircraft Maintenance Company. Papers include newspaper clippings and photocopies about the Sikorsky UH-19 Chickasaw helicopters that Graumann worked on, a unit roster, and a Thanksgiving Day menu from 1953. Of particular interest is a booklet of a helicopter demonstration from 1953. The photograph in the collection is a color image of a Sikorsy UH-19 Chickasaw in flight. Graumann was born in Kenosha, Wisconsin and enlisted in the Army in 1952. After the war he married and worked in Kenosha before retiring to Nekoosa. He also belonged to the VFW Post 1865 in Kenosha.
